The Distillery is located in an 1860 cigar factory. The exterior is historically accurate, but the interiors are modern and stylish. Visitors are welcomed in our tasting room, which is paneled in charred oak, just like our whiskey barrels. The production area is where we mash, ferment, distill and bottle all our spirits and showcases our 17’ tall custom-made still. Upstairs we have a private space that is suitable for smaller parties and an art studio, where we have had artists in residence. I had a vision to create a landmark destination, producing premium spirits with a sense of place- I hope you enjoy yourself.
