Our tasting room is open! We invite you to visit the fully restored 1860 cigar factory. A unique space with modern details but kept true to the historic features.

We take pride in sourcing our grains locally and using our own spring water to create spirits with a sense of place and Still Made in Connecticut™

The current spirit tastings include classic dry gin and classic vodka.
