Mine Hill Distillery is a perfect for a special dinner party, an anniversary celebration, an office holiday party or a large fundraiser. The fully restored and unique spaces as well as the classic New England setting provides the perfect backdrop to a casual or elegant event. We can host four season celebrations that can combine indoor and outdoor settings. A party could start with cocktails by the waterfall, a tour and tasting in the Distillery, dinner and dancing in the Station ending with a night cap around the fire pit. We can suggest a select group of event planners, caterers, florists or others to help make your party special.
Retreats
Mine Hill Distillery is perfect for hosting a range of unique experiences.
We can accommodate small team building retreats to larger sales meetings and holiday parties, during the week or weekend. Work sessions can be held in the Station. Meals could be catered on site or at several nearby restaurants. Activities could include yoga by our waterfall, hiking in the adjacent nature preserve, fly-fishing on our river and of course, a tour and spirits tasting at the Distillery.
experiences
We are excited to create custom experiences for interested parties. We will be hosting “spirits weekends” where a small group could work with our Master Distiller and follow the path from grain to glass. Each person can learn what makes each spirit unique and then try their hand at milling, mashing and fermenting and seeing how our stills work and what goes into barreling as well as tasting and evaluating each spirit.
