DESCRIPTION

We’ve created a classic Gin with a modern twist by using our own neutral base spirit, and then vapor-infusing 8 botanicals including black walnut, hawthorn berry, and nutmeg (remember-Connecticut is the Nutmeg state😉). Our Gin takes its inspiration from the fields and forests surrounding the Mine Hill property—and the result is a Gin that is a delight to not only the nose but to the taste buds…Truly a story in a glass.
