Our Amaro’s a unique and quintessential Mine Hill creation! We fortify local wine with our base spirit, then steep it for 5-6 months with a proprietary blend of 16 botanicals. After meticulous testing, tasting, and achieving the desired balance and consistency we sweeten the Amaro with pure maple syrup. Enjoy as part of a Negroni, Manhattan—or as an apéritif.
