I raised my children on our farm just down the road from Mine Hill, instilling in them the joys of country living. I’ve always had an appreciation of history and an abiding pleasure in a good cocktail, which inspired my vision for Mine Hill Distillery. To connect with our past, to produce a range of authentic spirits, while working with other farmers is a dream come true- one worth sharing with old friends, and newcomers alike.
