Amaro
Our Amaro is really a Sweet Vermouth. We fortify a local wine with our spirits and then steep it for months with a proprietary mix of botanicals and then sweeten it with Pure Maple Syrup. Truly a taste of New England.

BOURBON
The first release in our Waterfall Whiskey Series is a High Rye Bourbon- 60% corn, 30% rye, 10% malt. It was aged in Quarter Casks, which imparts four times the surface area, resulting in a whiskey with the maturity of a 5 year bourbon.

GIN
A Classic Dry Gin made with the unique addition of eastern white pine and other botanicals inspired by the fields and forests around Mine Hill. We distill our own base spirit and use a traditional gin basket to vapor infuse a gin that is unusually smooth. A story in a glass!

RYE
The first release in our Waterfall Whiskey Series is a CLASSIC RYE 97% rye and 3% malt. It was aged in Quarter Casks, which imparts four times the surface area, resulting in a whiskey with the maturity of a 5 year rye.

A Classic Vodka distilled from local wheat and a unique wheat malt to achieve a clean, crisp character inspired by the waterfall at Mine Hill. Excellent in martinis or cocktails.
