We create Spirits With a Sense of Place so we put our GPS coordinates on every bottle.  We are located on the 41st Parallel North, so we proof most of our spirits to 41% ABV, reminding you with every sip, where Mine Hill is located.

Our motto is Still Made in Connecticut so we distill all our spirits using our own spring water, local grains, malt, wine and other natural ingredients that reflect the fields and forests surrounding Mine Hill.  Our whiskeys are aged next to our waterfall with its own microclimate.  We understand that time is an ingredient and only bottle what we make.

If you want an authentic craft brand, then look at the label and it must say Distilled and Bottled by the distillery.  If it doesn’t, then it isn’t.
