Leveraging the vision of Mine Hill’s Founder & our early Investors, and building on the dedication, skills, talent and hard work of our Head Distiller Chris Byles & his Assistant Audra Sanchez we’ve created unique spirits we’re confident you’ll enjoy—straight up, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.

Ken Asplund, Austin Weyant and Gary Crone are MHD sales leaders who’re in the trade here in Connecticut every day meeting & educating consumers while also helping our retail & On-Premise customers grow their sales. Last but not least, Sheila Gross greets friends & visitors (old & new) when you come to visit us in the Tasting Room–open every weekend from 12:00-5:00 pm.
